Online non-contact steel pipe diameter measurement scheme
I. Overview
The online non-contact steel pipe outer diameter measurement system consists of a high-speed bidirectional CCD caliper, data acquisition software, and industrial computer. It is suitable for online non-contact measurement of the diameter of various types of pipes, rods, precision shafts, rubber rollers, magnetic rollers, and other products. Measurement data can be recorded, analyzed, and stored on a computer through data acquisition software. When the product is unqualified, the sound and light alarm lights will emit sound and light prompts.
2、 On site use of pictures
1. Steel pipe bidirectional diameter gauge
High speed CCD caliper, using green LED parallel light source and high-speed FPGA circuit, is used for online non-contact measurement of the diameter of various pipes, rods, precision shafts, rubber rollers, magnetic rollers and other products. The bidirectional diameter gauge adopts a dual optical path design, measuring the diameter of the steel pipe from both X and Y directions simultaneously to determine the ellipticity of the steel pipe.

2. Data collection software
Data acquisition software can achieve online automatic scanning and detection of outer diameter, automatically judge whether it is qualified according to standards, provide real-time alarm signals, and generate intuitive images of the detection data in real time. All data can be stored in the database, and the detection data can be queried and exported.
