Online measurement scheme for ovality of outer diameter of pipes and bars
Product Introduction
The bidirectional CCD caliper uses a green LED parallel light source and a high-speed FPGA circuit to simultaneously measure the diameter of the product from both X and Y directions, indicating the ellipticity of the product. It is widely used for measuring and controlling the outer diameter of various types of pipes, rods, and bars such as plastic pipes, rubber pipes, steel pipes, aluminum pipes, copper pipes, steel wires, and steel bars.
Measurement principle
The bidirectional caliper is composed of two sets of intersecting optical paths X and Y, which can simultaneously measure the diameter of the measured object from both X and Y directions and calculate the ellipticity of the measured object.
