Application of laser displacement sensor in machining industry
1、 Product Introduction
Laser displacement sensor uses the principle of geometric triangle to measure the distance to the target object by measuring the laser beam emitted by the sensor, which is reflected back from the surface of the measured object, and the imaging position on the PSD (photosensitive position device) or linear CCD inside the sensor. Laser displacement sensors are mainly used for short distance and high-precision measurement. The measurement accuracy of the sensor system can reach 1um, the resolution is 0.1um, and the linearity of the measurement range is 0.1%. The device is mainly used to detect the displacement, deformation, flatness, slope and other shape and size parameters of objects
